✅ What the AI can do
- Look up tickets (e.g. the most recently updated tickets) and other Zendesk information your account can access.
- Use Zendesk to investigate support tickets and customer context, review queues and service metrics, work with Guide content, inspect Talk, Chat, and Omnichannel operations, and perform explicit support updates through the OpenAI connector.
- Prioritize the support queue: "Review my open support tickets and recommend the five to handle first. Explain the priority using the available impact, status, and conversation history."
- Prepare a customer reply: "Read this ticket and summarize the issue, work already attempted, and missing details. Draft a concise customer reply for review without sending it."
- Find recurring support issues: "Review up to fifty recent support conversations and group recurring issues. Include representative tickets and recommend the three topics worth investigating first."
⛔ What it can't do / limits
- Actions must be supported by the app and allowed by your workspace and Zendesk permissions.
Plans & requirements
- Needs access to the Zendesk plugin in your ChatGPT account or workspace; in managed workspaces an admin may need to enable it.
- Each user authorizes with their own Zendesk account; the plugin doesn't grant extra Zendesk permissions.
