- Ask about clients, projects, invoices and contracts; create and update contacts and projects; generate proposals, invoices or contracts from your templates; send payment requests.
- Read the text of smart files, contracts and questionnaires, including fine print such as cancellation terms.
- HoneyBook is where independent businesses and lean teams run their client work: inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments and the messages in between.
- Prioritize quiet leads: "Find leads I haven't contacted in two weeks and rank the five most worth following up with, using their project details and client history."
- Prepare a client proposal: "Prepare a proposal for the client I name using my saved template and their project details. Flag missing scope or pricing information and keep it unsent for my review."
- Review overdue balances: "List overdue client invoices with balances and due dates. Rank who to follow up with first and explain the priority using amount owed and age of the debt."
⛔ What it can't do / limits
- Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it.
- Archived records aren't always included by default, and very large requests can time out; ask for a smaller slice.
- Changes have no preview and no undo, and a sent file can't be pulled back.
